The North Queensland Cowboys have lost by a combined 112 points in their last three outings as their finals chances begin to slip away.
Their Round 16 loss to the Roosters not only extended their losing streak to three on the trot, but have now pushed them down to 12th on the premiership ladder.

A frustrated Todd Payten fronted the media after the match and made it clear that changes to their lineup are on the table before they head to the Gold Coast next week.
"We’ll be considering it, yeah, definitely off the back of the last two weeks," he said.
"We’ll have a look at what’s underneath and then reassess and get to work."
The story of the side's performance was their overall lack of discipline and attention to detail, especially from their men in the middle third of the field.
"It's always been about field position and possession and we are not getting enough of it," said Payten.

"Really disappointed in my performance, I thought it was horrible tonight," he said.
Despite their recent skid, the Cowboys still sit just two-points off the eighth placed Panthers, whom they drew with earlier in the season.
