Heading into the fall, DaJohn Yarborough was considered one of the top high school football prospects in the state of Minnesota. But the Class of 2027 athlete has decided to compete in another state, miles and miles away from home.
Yarborough, who in the past few days picked up offers from North Carolina and Washington, will attend Basha High School in Arizona, one of the top programs in the country. He previously attended Benilde-St. Margaret's in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

At Basha, Yarborough will help clear holes for top running back prospect Noah Roberts. Basha is a relatively new school, having been established in 2002.
Among the notable former athletes from the school include current Washington Huskies quarterback Demond Williams, Jr, who was a four-star recruit out of high school. Basha won a state championship in 2002 and reached the state semifinals in 2022 and again in 2023.
