Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown stole the show at the team's first joint practice with the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday.

According to beat writers on the ground, it was a great showing overall for the Lions, who dominated the Dolphins on both sides of the ball during the session.

"That was the most lopsided joint practice I’ve ever seen. Lions dominated both sides," The Athletic's Colton Pouncy wrote.

"Amon-Ra St. Brown just beat Dolphins CB Jack Jones for two straight TDs in Red Zone drills — the first a bread-basket, one-handed snag in the corner of the end zone," Pride of Detroit's Al Karsten said.

"On the day, St. Brown might be sitting at 12+ catches for 250+ yards. He’s been flawless with no drops and constantly open in every drill," Karsten added.

After practice was over, the Lions dropped a one-minute highlight package of some of the things St. Brown did to Dolphins defenders during the session.

If you're a Lions fan, enjoy. If you're a Dolphins fan, look away.

Just in case you were wondering, the cornerback St. Brown keeps cooking (No. 23) is Jack Jones, who was signed by Miami on July 26.

While impressive to watch, nobody should be surprised that St. Brown is giving defenders fits on a football field.

Now a three-time Pro Bowler, St. Brown had a career year in 2023 with 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns and followed that up with 1,263 yards and 12 scores in 2024, cementing himself as one of the best players at his position in the NFL.

By the looks of it, St. Brown isn't going to be slowing down in 2025.
