The Washington Huskies might be flying under the radar nationally, but one player is making sure the program stays in the spotlight — at least in the video game world.
Huskies running back Jonah Coleman just scored a 93 overall rating in “EA Sports College Football 26,” making him the third-highest-rated running back in the game. Not bad for a guy entering just his second year in Seattle.
Coleman’s rating jumped from 88 to 93 after a strong debut season, where he was one of the few bright spots on an otherwise disappointing Huskies team.
Even in a tough year for Washington, Coleman was one of the few bright spots.
He racked up 1,053 yards and 10 touchdowns on 193 carries, averaging a solid 5.5 yards per run. He also showed he’s more than just a ground threat, adding 23 catches for 177 yards out of the backfield — pretty impressive in an offense that’s usually all about the wide receivers.
Only Notre Dame’s Jeremiyah Love and Louisville’s Isaac Brown sit ahead of Coleman among running backs in the game.

In the Big Ten, though? Coleman is the top dog.
His 93 overall rating edges out Penn State’s talented duo of Nick Singleton and Kaytron Allen, new Oregon transfer Makhai Hughes, and Minnesota’s Darius Taylor, all of whom round out the conference’s top 10 at the position.
For Coleman, the video game rating is more than just bragging rights. It reflects the high expectations that come with his breakout season — and what he could mean to Washington’s offense moving forward.
Huskies fans will be counting on him to carry the load — both virtually and on the field this fall.
