Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt approves of this love story.

Hunt shared was a guest on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Friday and shared how much Taylor Swift has impacted the Chiefs. The singer has been dating the Chiefs' tight end since 2023.

“It’s been a whirlwind, I would say, for the organization over the last two years since Taylor literally stepped into our lives. She’s done an amazing job, unintentionally, of increasing our female fanbase," Hunt said.

“We used to be about a 50-50 ratio, male-to-female fanbase, and now 57 percent of our fans are female, which I think is probably the highest in the National Football League," he continued. "So there’s absolutely been a Taylor Swift effect.”

Hunt also shared that he is a supporter of Kelce and Swift's relationship. The 14-time Grammy winner was a guest on Kelce's New Heights podcast on Wednesday which he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce.

“Let me just say how happy we are for their relationship,” Hunt said. “They’re an amazing couple, and watching the two of them together is really special. That podcast, seeing them side by side talking about their relationship, was absolutely amazing.”

Hunt is not the only fan of Swift in the family; his daughter, Gracie Hunt, has also raved about the superstar's presence.

"It's been such a special time to have her be a part of Chiefs Kingdom. She is just as beautiful and wonderful as you'd ever imagine her to be, so smart and intelligent," Hunt said to People earlier this year.

"Sometimes it feels a little bit surreal because you and I grew up watching her and falling in love with her music, and so did so much of the world," she added.

So far, Swift has attended several Chiefs games since her debut when the Chiefs played the Chicago Bears game in September 2023. She has been to the 2024 and 2025 AFC Championship games, Super Bowl 2024 and 2025, in addition to several playoff and regular season games.

Her appearance at games has gotten a lot of media attention which she directly addressed in her TIME Person Of The Year profile in 2023.

“You have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once.” She noted, “I’m just there to support Travis.”
