The second season of Netflix’s smash-hit docuseries America’s Sweethearts has been a smash hit — and made international headlines when it led to a whopping 400% pay increase for its stars, the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.

And the professional dancers who star in it are celebrating.

On a recent trip to L.A., Kennedy Hannan and Madeline Salter slipped into their iconic uniforms with two of their teammates to bask in the limelight during an exciting quick trip.

“An incredible experience in LA with these girls celebrating Season 2 of America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders ⭐️,” Hannan and Salter captioned a shared Saturday, June 21 Instagram video. “Have you watched yet?”

“Loved Season 2,” raved one fan. “Best wishes to all you ladies.”

“Just binged!” agreed a second.

Season 2 covers the brutal final rounds of auditions for the 2024-2025 season, including the dancers’ solos, training camp and the exciting official announcement of the team.

The oldest of four siblings, Iowan Hannan is currently in her second year on the team and keeps her family close to her heart. “My dad is the reason I auditioned for DCC!” she says on her official DCC bio. “He grew up in the 70s, when the Cowboys became America’s team, so he is a lifelong fan…Becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader is my proudest accomplishment! This has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember and I’m thankful that I never once gave up on myself till I accomplished it!”

Salter, a fourth-year vet and Texas native, had the same childhood dream: “I have loved The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders ever since I was a little girl.”
