Wests Tigers have released a brutal three paragraph statement in response to the mutual termination of Lachlan Galvin's contract.
The highly-touted teenage playmaker has reportedly signed with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and the Tigers decision to announce the release of the 19-year-old paves the way for that move to become official.
In an abrupt statement made public at 5:05pm (AEST) on Friday afternoon, the Tigers didn't waste any time conveying nice words about Galvin's career at Concord or his decision to leave.
"Wests Tigers and Lachlan Galvin have mutually agreed to an immediate conclusion of his playing contract," the statement read.

(Tigers chief executive) Shane Richardson said: "We wish Lachlan all the best with another NRL Club."
Galvin said: "I am grateful to the Wests Tigers Board and Management for granting my early release. I wish the playing group success in the future."
This closes the book on a dramatic and drawn-out departure from the Wests Tigers that started with Galvin rejecting a $5 million pay day from the Concord-based club.
Galvin is reportedly set to begin training with the Bulldogs immediately now that he has secured a formal release from the Tigers.
