Wests Tigers vs. Canberra Raiders prediction, tip, best bet
Despite sitting second on the ladder, the Raiders had just one player on Origin duty in Perth – Hudson Young.
They're riding a five-match win streak and aren't showing many signs of slowing down.
The Tigers – who expect to have Jarome Luai back up – are dangerous opponents, though.
Benji Marshall's side sit in 13th, but are just two points away from the sixth-placed Dolphins.
They've shown moments of promise this season and could topple Canberra if they fire on Friday.
However, their inconsistency is a major issue, and means the Raiders are a reliable tip here.
Prediction: Raiders by 8
Best bet: Raiders 1-12 ($3.00)
South Sydney Rabbitohs vs. Melbourne Storm prediction, tip, best bet
Melbourne boast a commanding head-to-head record over South Sydney.
The Storm have won 35 of their 42 total encounters, while also enjoying an impressive 15-6 away record.
It's tricky to know how the Rabbitohs will line up for this clash, with the likes of Cody Walker, Keaon Koloamatangi and Campbell Graham all named in the reserves as they look to return from injury.
The inclusion of any of those three talents would be significant, but maybe not game-changing against the Storm.
Considering their historical dominance over the Bunnies, expect a well-rested Melbourne side to win comfortably.
Prediction: Storm by 20
Best bet: Storm to win / Grant Anderson to score ($2.10)
Brisbane Broncos vs. Cronulla Sharks prediction, tip, best bet
This is a very interesting match-up.
Both sides will be somewhat disappointed with their seasons so far, although they find themselves within the top eight.
While the Sharks powered back to beat the Dragons last week, their first-half defensive display was concerning.
If they give a high-powered Broncos attack a sniff, they could find themselves out of contention early.
Prediction: Broncos by 12
Best bet: Half-time margin - Broncos 9+ ($3.00)
