Kurt Capewell has racked up the most missed tackles of any player in the league this year.
On the surface, this isn't ideal, but there is a reason why the veteran earned a recent State of Origin recall.
The front-rower has played 13 NRL games in 2025, missing 75 tackles.
This is considerably more than the next player on the list, Tigers hooker Api Koroisau, who has missed 59 tackles this campaign.

Capewell's tackle efficiency also sits at 83.26 per cent – the lowest since his rookie season.
Despite this, he was named a starter for the Maroons last week and helped them level the series in Perth.
Queensland coach Billy Slater explained that the 31-year-old's stat sheet does not define him as a player.
Rather, it's his hard work and team-first attitude that saw him earn Origin selection.
"There's a reason why the Warriors are doing well, because they've got players like Kurt Capewell in their team," Slater said after the Maroons beat the Blues 26-24 at Optus Stadium
"That's what successful footy teams look like – they've got hard-working players who are willing to put everything into the footy team.
"Bit of talk around the number of missed tackles ... I actually didn't know that until I read it in the paper.
"Probably goes to show that I don't look at numbers ... I look at actions and how they contribute to their footy team.
"And he's done an amazing job."

It's also worth noting that missed tackles can be misleading as a statistic.
Capewell regularly flies out of the defensive line to put pressure on attackers, with teammates instead completing the tackle.
He also leads by example as part of an exciting Warriors team.
The New Zealand side has rebounded following a disappointing 2024 campaign to sit comfortably inside the top four after 16 rounds.
