The event in Saudi Arabia, part of WWE’s partnership with the Ministry of Sport, will feature the crowning of the King and Queen of the Ring. A WWE tradition since 1985, both winners of the 2025 tournament get to compete for a world title at SummerSlam.
A teacher-student relationship will come full circle when Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes face off in the men’s finals. Orton lost in last year’s finals against Gunther. Rhodes looks for redemption after losing the Undisputed WWE Championship against Cena.
On the women’s side, Asuka faces Jade Cargill. Asuka has made a statement since returning from an injury that sidelined her. A former AEW star, Jade is ready to prove she’s the next big thing in WWE with a win.
Cena and Punk renew their rivalry. Punk has called Cena out for turning his back on the fans. It is the first time Punk has gone to Saudi Arabia since his past comments criticizing WWE’s partnership with the country.
The Bloodline officially explodes when Jacob Fatu defends the WWE United States Championship against Solo Sikoa.
Also on the card, Rhea Ripley faces Raquel Rodriguez in a Street Fight, while Sami Zayn faces Karrion Kross.
