Goldberg's most recent WWE stint ends with a flutter rather than a bang.

The now former WWE Universal Champion gave a heartfelt speech following Monday's "Raw" to fans in attendance, thanking WWE and the fans for the opportunity to show his family "what he used to do."

"I'm a guy whose focus has moved directly on his family," Goldberg said during the address.

Goldberg has been a polarizing figure in WWE and the wrestling industry. He made his mark and impact with WCW in the '90s, boasting a long undefeated streak that lasted almost two years.

When WCW went bankrupt, Goldberg was in limbo and eventually resurfaced with WWE in 2003. After a year-and-a-half run with the company, he left unceremoniously following a clunker of a match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 20.

He rekindled his feud with Lesnar in 2016, and he worked a grand total of 10 minutes since his re-debut in November. Now he's leaving the industry again.

Uh, thanks, Goldberg. Or something.
