The Fever hope to continue staying afloat without Caitlin Clark when they take on the Wings on Tuesday night.
To date, Clark has missed 10 consecutive games with a groin injury. In that span, Indiana has gone 6-4, including a 92-70 beatdown of the Sky in its last game on Sunday.
Veteran guard Kelsey Mitchell is among the standouts in Clark's absence. Mitchell dropped a game-high 26 points to propel Sunday's victory. Her importance has only grown amid season-ending injuries to her backcourt mates, Sydney Colson and Aari McDonald.
Meanwhile, the Wings will look to snap a five-game losing streak behind Paige Bueckers, who is averaging 18.5 points per game in her rookie season. Bueckers has scored in double figures in seven straight games after dropping a team-high 17 points in Sunday's loss to the Mystics.
When these two teams met on Aug. 1, Bueckers scored 22 points in an 88-78 Fever victory.
