Breanna Stewart is building a legacy that’s impossible to ignore, not just with the New York Liberty, but in the WNBA record books overall.

On Thursday night, Stewart exploded for 35 points, along with three rebounds, three steals and two assists in a win over the Phoenix Mercury. It was her first 30+ point performance of the 2025 season and yet another statement game in what's already a storied career.
That outing marked her 14th 30-point game with the Liberty, putting her second in franchise history for most 30+ point performances. But on a league-wide scale, it was even bigger: it was her 30th career 30-point game overall, making her just the third player in WNBA history to reach that milestone.

Stewart isn’t just dominating, she’s inching closer to GOAT territory with every bucket.
