Last season, Caitlin Clark made waves as a rookie, becoming the fastest—and often the first—to hit a number of impressive statistical milestones. With high expectations coming into the league, she delivered in a big way.

Among her standout achievements, Clark became the fastest rookie in WNBA history to reach 150 points and 50 assists in just eight games. She also joined Sabrina Ionescu as one of only two players to record 150+ points, 50+ rebounds and 50+ assists within their first 10 games.

Now, another rookie is making her mark.

In just nine games, 2025’s No. 1 overall pick, Paige Bueckers, has surpassed 150 points and 50 assists, making her the second-fastest player in WNBA history to do so, behind only Clark. With 20 points and two assists in a win over the Golden State Valkyries on Tuesday night, Bueckers now totals 159 points and 51 assists on the season.
