The semifinals are upon us in Kentucky as the high school baseball playoffs are down to just four squads.
Four teams punched their ticket to the semifinals last week and earned a week off. They all return to action beginning on Friday, June 13, at Kentucky Proud Park.
Trinity (Louisville) will play Boyd County in the first game of the afternoon, kicking off at 4 p.m. Immediately after will be McCracken County vs. Pleasure Ridge Park at 7:30 p.m.
Three of the four teams won their quarterfinal matchup by at least four runs, while Boyd County squeaked by 2-1 over Wolfe County.
