Roughly 120 standout high school basketball teams from Northern California and beyond are set for battle this weekend as Girls California Live returns to Roseville for its 2025 installment.
One of the nation's premier summer high school girls basketball tournaments will take place from Thursday through Saturday, June 12-14, with four brackets in action at the Roebbelen Center @the Grounds.
In the top division (Open), Archbishop Mitty, Clovis West, St. Mary's (Stockton), Caruthers, San Ramon Valley, Clovis, Central (Fresno), and Cardinal Newman are among the top NorCal teams in action. They'll face off against the likes of Southern California's Brentwood, Mission Hills, and Ventura, in addition to perennial Oregon contenders South Medford and West Linn.
Dozens more renowned from all across California will be in attendance between the Open and BABCA divisions, from established NorCal heavyweights Pinewood, Acalanes, Folsom, Piedmont, Priory, St. Ignatius, Colfax, Bishop O'Dowd, Faith Christian, McClatchy, Buchanan (Clovis), Vanden, Sacred Heart Cathedral, and Liberty Ranch to familiar SoCal faces Bishop Montgomery, Palisades, Rosary Academy, King/Drew, La Salle, Flintridge Prep, Pacifica Christian (Newport), and Valencia (Valencia). The list goes on and on.
A litany of college scouts – Division I included – will also attend the showcase taking place during the NCAA's live-viewing period.
