As usual, the California high school sports year came and went.
2024-25 is down to its last throes – better yet, throws – as baseball and softball cap off the year with one week of regional playoffs.
Each division goes straight into the quarterfinals, with most games being played Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Like most years, a few of the top qualifying teams opted out, but both the Northern and Southern California playoffs still constitute some of the more loaded state/regional baseball playoff brackets anywhere in high school baseball.
North Coast Section champion De La Salle (26-4) and Southern Section champ St. John Bosco (27-4) are the top seeds in Division I of NorCal and SoCal, respectively.
Below are links to all 10 regional playoff brackets from the official CIF website.
