A good mix of familiar faces and new talents are bringing the heat to New Orleans this week for the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships.

Nearly 140 of the country's best gymnasts will be competing for national honors and spots on the U.S. Junior and Senior National Teams over the course of three days this weekend.

Fans should keep an eye out for returning stars like 2024 Olympic team medalists Hezly Rivera, Brody Malone, Frederick Richard, Asher Hong and Stephen Nedoroscik, also known as "Pommel Horse guy."

A handful of up-and-coming athletes will also be making their mark, like 16-year-old Claire Pease and U.S. Classic runner-up Simone Rose. You won't want to miss this.

Here's everything you need to know about the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships, including TV channel and streaming options for the annual meet.
