Ten teams are heading to Chile for the latest edition of the FIBA Women's AmeriCup.
The participating squads will be split into two groups, and the top four teams in each group will advance to the quarterfinals. The Group Phase will be completed over the first five days, and the Knockout Phase will then determine a champion.

Brazil, which won the 2023 tournament, is led by Chicago Sky center Kamilla Cardoso, who is averaging 12.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game in her second WNBA season. Team USA will bring several college players to the event, relying on talented youngsters like Notre Dame's Hannah Hidalgo and LSU's Flau'jae Johnson.
