The Colts and Dolphins, two teams coming off 8-9 seasons and hoping to mount bounce-back campaigns, will meet on the first Sunday of the 2025 NFL season. The game will take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, one of eight games scheduled for 1:00 p.m. kickoffs on opening weekend.
The Colts will once again rely on franchise player Jonathan Taylor at running back, with a little help from a young pass-catcher corps led by Michael Pittman and rookie tight end Tyler Warren. Indy's QB room has plenty of athleticism between Anthony Richardson, Daniel Jones and Riley Leonard, but it remains to be seen which signal-caller will lead Shane Steichen's team into the future.

As for the Dolphins, NFL fans know how electric this team can be if it can just get healthy. Tua Tagovailoa remains one of the more boom-or-bust QBs in the league, and he has a plethora of speedy skill-position players in Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle and De'Von Achane. Miami could easily challenge the Bills for AFC East supremacy if the chips fall the right way.

Tickets for the Colts-Dolphins season-opener in Indianapolis are available now on StubHub. It's a high-demand event, but as of early August plenty of seats could still be found for around $75 each.
