Australia will look to end their home World Cup on a high when they take on Sweden in the third-placed playoff match in Brisbane on August 19.
It is not the final match of the tournament either side wanted to play in, but it gives them both a chance to end on a winning note, as well as giving some of the rotation players in the side World Cup minutes.
Sweden finished in third at the last World Cup, and could secure a fourth third-placed finish with victory, whilst Australia are in their first ever third-placed playoff match, having already secured their best finish at a World Cup.
They have delighted the country with their performances over the last month, and will be given a great send off at the tournament they have wonderfully co-hosted.
