Antonio Valencia is clearly not letting his injury get him down, with the Manchester United fullback not slacking in his bid to get back to fitness.
The Ecuador international only underwent surgery at the end of October but posted an Instagram video of him performing a sequence of squats during an intense workout session.
United boss Jose Mourinho concluded that Valencia had suffered a "bad injury" during the EFL Cup win over Manchester City and that he expects him to be out for a while.
But the former Wigan Athletic star seems determined to be back as quickly as possible as he smashes through the workout routine in the above video.
Valencia had appeared in 11 games at the start of the 2016-17 campaign before suffering the injury, with Matteo Darmian having struggled against Fenerbahce on Thursday in only his fourth game of the season.
