Oscar looks set to move from Chelsea to Shanghai SIPG after receiving a remarkable €60 million bid from Andre Villas-Boas' side. 

Antonio Conte must be tempted to accept the offer for his player, who has yet to start a league game since he faced Liverpool back in September.
