Manchester City will aim to keep their Premier League title defence on track when they travel to Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Pep Guardiola's side know that if they win their five remaining fixtures, a record fourth-consecutive success in England's top flight will be theirs. They were in imposing form on Thursday as they hammered Brighton 4-0, 24 hours on from Liverpool suffering a damaging slip at Everton.

Arsenal are continuing to go blow-for-blow with the champions, as evidenced by their 5-0 dismantling of Chelsea last time out. Before City walk out against Forest, the Gunners face Tottenham in the north London derby.

A huge day awaits in the title race, while Forest are precariously placed at the other end of the table. Last weekend's defeat at Everton and the Toffees' derby day success means Nuno Espirito Santo's team are left as the only viable target for Luton Town and Burnley in their scramble for survival.
