Jordan Ta'amu didn't win the UFL MVP award, but he led his team to some more important hardware on Saturday night.

The quarterback threw for 390 yards and four touchdowns as the DC Defenders routed the Michigan Panthers 58-34 in the UFL Championship. The Defenders had 580 total yards of offense and scored the most points in a game in UFL history. 

Ta'amu outdueled league MVP Bryce Perkins, and the Defenders avenged their 38-14 loss to the Panthers in Week 6, playing a dominant four quarters of football to claim the matchup in St. Louis. Ta'amu went 21-for-28 for 390 yards and four touchdowns, while adding 28 rushing yards and another score on the ground.
