In what was the first draft with general manager Tom Telesco and head coach Antonio Pierce at the helm, the Las Vegas Raiders came away with eight new players in the 2024 NFL Draft, with four of the picks on the offensive side of the ball and four on the defensive side.

The Raiders' 2024 NFL Draft class is made up of tight end Brock Bowers, guard Jackson Powers-Johnson, offensive tackle Delmar Glaze, cornerback Decamerion Richardson, linebacker Tommy Eichenberg, running back Dylan Laube, safety Trey Taylor and cornerback M.J. Devonshire.

The best way to measure the athleticism of those players is to take a look at their Relative Athletic Score (RAS), which was developed by Kent Lee Platte (@MathBomb on X). Here's a little background on RAS, per Platte:

For the past half decade, I have been working to provide a metric that can easily and intuitively gauge a player’s athletic abilities relative to the position they play and provide tools to contrast and compare based on known measurables. There’s still a long way to go, but this site is my first attempt at providing a public view of what data I have gathered and quantified so far.

Now, the RAS for the entire Raiders draft class. The highest a prospect can score is 10.
