Two teams on opposite sides of the AFC West standings go at it on Sunday afternoon, as the last-place Broncos host the first-place Chiefs in Week 8.

Kansas City (6-1) has not lost since dropping the season opener to Detroit. The Chiefs rolled over the Chargers 31-17 last week, picking up their second consecutive win over a divisional opponent. QB Patrick Mahomes balled out yet again, accumulating 424 yards through the air with four TDs and a pick.

NFL followers may be getting sick of all the Taylor Swift coverage, but if you're a Chiefs fan, you want to continue to see the music star supporting Travis Kelce. The tight end had 12 catches for 179 yards and a touchdown last week, as Kelce is averaging 108 yards receiving per game when Swift is watching on in the stands. When his love interest hasn't been there, he has averaged 46.5 per game.

Denver snapped a two-game losing streak last week, picking up a 19-17 win over Green Bay. The run game was effective for the Broncos, as Javonte Williams had 82 yards on 15 carries, and Jaleel McLaughlin added 45.

QB Russell Wilson was fine against the Packers. He didn't turn the ball over, however, it was his third straight game without hitting 200 yards passing. If the Broncos hope to take down Mahomes and the Chiefs, the passing game has to be better.

This is the second time in the last three weeks that Kansas City and Denver are going head-to-head. The Chiefs defeated the Broncos 19-8 in Week 6 on "Thursday Night Football," extending their winning streak against their divisional rival to 16 games. Denver hasn't beat Kansas City since 2015.
