Quentin Johnston injury update: Latest news on Chargers WR after scary hit image

There is concern for Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston after he took a scary hit in the preseason Week 2 game against the Los Angeles Rams.

The play came in the first quarter when Johnston was streaking down the sideline for a deep ball from quarterback Justin Herbert. After failing to reel in the catch, Johnston took a big hit from Rams safety Tanner Ingle, who hit the wideout at full speed while coming across the field.

After going down, Johnston was clearly showing signs of a concussion after his body appeared to go stiff. Here's the latest update on the Chargers wideout.

According to Daniel Popper of The Athletic, there is some good news to report, as Johnston was seen moving his hands, arms and legs while being treated on the field by trainers.

We'll update this page once more information becomes available.
