The foot of Las Vegas Raiders star defensive lineman has been a hot topic of conversation the entire offseason.
Wilkins' 2024 campaign ended early because of a Jones fracture in his foot, and the defensive lineman has reportedly been in, out, in and out of a boot since then, which shows he has suffered at least one setback in his recovery.
The last we heard, Wilkins was back out of the boot, although he wasn't practicing. Now, it appears Wilkins is back in a boot, as evidenced by a recent photo of the Raiders defender shared on social media.
The photo comes from the Instagram story of Baltimore Ravens linebacker Kyle Van Noy and was shared by The Athletic's Tashan Reed.

This is troubling to say the least and adds credence to the idea that Wilkins might need another surgery, something that has been reported twice this offseason.
In the most recent report, Chat Sports' Mitchell Renz revealed that Wilkins might need another surgery, and if he opts to get it, it would force him to miss the entire 2025 season.
“Christian Wilkins needs another surgery and could be out the entire season,” Renz said. "I had a source reach out to me yesterday… and unfortunately dropped this horrific news on my plate."
“Here’s what I know as it stands right now," he added. "Wilkins does, in fact, need another surgery… I’m telling you that somebody that I trust told me yesterday that it is a fact that [Wilkins] is going to have to undergo another surgery.”
Back in May, Sportskeeda's Tony Pauline reported that Wilkins "may need another procedure," so Renz isn't the only one reporting a possible issue with Wilkins' foot.
Wilkins signed a massive four-year, $110 million deal last offseason, and there's no question his first season in Las Vegas, which only saw him play in five games before the injury, was a disaster.
If he's forced to miss 2025, also, it would be a devastating blow.
