Green Bay had a promising run last year, but a young squad and competitive NFC North brought the Packers' season to an end in the wild card round.
In the 2025 NFL Draft, the franchise did something it hadn't done in 23 years by snagging Matthew Golden. The Texas native became the first wide receiver to be drafted by the Packers in the first round since 2002, giving quarterback Jordan Love a new target this season.
With Love entering his third season as the starting QB and management's patience running thin, this season is crucial for the Packers to prove themselves. Their schedule won't be smooth sailing, either.
