ESPN’s Daniel Oyefusi tweeted just before the Cleveland Browns' joint practices with the Carolina Panthers that Shedeur Sanders would not be limited in the preseason opener by previous arm soreness that had kept him from team drills and practice last week. Stefanski went as far to say, “We’re past that.” Which would lead me to believe we will see a lot of Sanders in joint practice as well.
Kevin Stefanski said Shedeur Sanders’ previous arm soreness won’t impact how much he plays in the preseason opener.

“We’re past that.”
With Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and Dillon Gabriel already ruled out of the game because of injuries and rest, Sanders is likely to see the field a ton and will get the opportunity to play against the Panthers' first-team defense.
There is no doubt that Flacco and Pickett are the front-runners to start at quarterback in the regular season, but this is an excellent opportunity that Sanders needs to take advantage of to show he is ready to be an NFL starter.
If he can move the offense down the field in Friday’s game against the Panthers' second team, he will get high praise from the fan base which is itching for him to be successful.
