After the events of Week 18, the Cleveland Browns have locked up the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

They jump over the New England Patriots, who defeated the Buffalo Bills to take themselves out of the top three. The Browns lost to the Ravens to fall to 3-14, and will hold the second pick behind the Tennessee Titans.

While it's unknown what the Browns will do, and will remain that way until April, they have an abundance of difference makers at their disposal. They could add Penn State edge Abdul Carter or Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham. Either way, Cleveland will have a top three pick to look forward to come April.
