The Baltimore Ravens are currently in a battle with the Pittsburgh Steelers, as they look to overtake first place in the AFC North. There was a scary incident in the second quarter involving Justice Hill, who suffered a scary hit from Steelers' defender Damonte Kazee.

Hill's legs went airborne, prompting his head to hit the ground hard. It looked like he was knocked out, as Hill laid motionless on the ground for a while before walking back to the sideline aided by trainers.

On the broadcast, Kevin Burkhardt alerted fans that Hill was ruled out with a concussion. His 25 yard run was critical in allowing the Ravens to complete their touchdown drive, which ended in a 14 yard strike from Lamar Jackson to Rashod Bateman.

Hill's injury shows how physical these games are between the Ravens and Steelers.
