Last year, College Football 25 set the country ablaze as the popular video game returned after a more than decade-long hiatus.
Now, the game is back with its latest edition of the franchise, as College Football 26 will feature this year's college football stars. EA Sports already announced Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Williams as the game's cover athletes after their incredible freshman seasons in 2024.

College Football 26 release date
College Football 26 will release worldwide on July 10. However, EA Sports is offering a Deluxe edition with early access that will be available on July 7, three days before the game is set to be available to the general public.

When can you play College Football 26?
College Football 26 will be released in two stages — first a few days earlier for an increased price and then later for the general public.
College Football 26 pre-order bonus
Fans can buy the EA College Football 26 Deluxe version for $99.99 more, which will be available on July 7, three days before the worldwide release. That package includes many other features for the game, including early access to solo challenges and immediate points on a variety of packs and other challenges.
EA Sports is also offering an "EA Sports MVP bundle," which is a package that includes both College Football 26 Deluxe and Madden NFL 26 Deluxe. This package will give buyers access to the college football game on July 7 as well.
Additionally, EA Play Members will get access to an early trial of the game on July 7, the same day the Deluxe version is released.

General public access
For the general public, EA Sports will release College Football 26 on July 10 for $69.99, but fans are already eligible to pre-order the game. The game will be available for PS5 and XBox X/S only, not for PCs.
