The Kentucky Wildcats will travel to Florida to take on the Gators in an SEC matchup Saturday on ESPN. This game marks the first conference contest for each team this season.

The Wildcats are the No. 6 team in the country. They are 10-2 under head coach John Calipari. The Wildcats have impressive wins over No. 14 Kentucky and No. 8 Miami.

They lost to No. 1 Kansas and were upset by UNC Wilmington in early December. Now, this part of the schedule will be the true test of their season.

The Gators are unranked but are 10-3 this season under coach Todd Golden. Their non-conference schedule is somewhat mundane, including two first-round tournament losses in the NIT Season Tip-Off and the ACC/SEC Challenge.

The Gators, however, have won their last six games leading up to Saturday's contest against the Wildcats.

Kentucky is led by guard Antonio Reeves. He's averaging 19 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists this season. He's shooting close to 53 percent from the field and a blistering 45 percent from 3-point range.

Florida has five players averaging double-figures. Ultimately, Walter Clayton Jr. leads all scores, putting up 15.2 points per game.
