In San Antonio's preseason opener against Oklahoma City, the No. 1 overall pick had 20 points, five rebounds, two steals and one block in just 19 minutes. He shot 8-of-13 from the field and drilled two of his five 3-point attempts.

Is Victor Wembanyama playing vs Heat tonight?
Wembanyama's status for Friday night's game against the Heat is still unknown. He isn't listed on the Spurs' injury report, though, so it appears he'll be ready to go.
Wembanyama played 19 minutes in his preseason debut against the Thunder. The expectation is that the Spurs won't have him playing heavy minutes as he eases his way into regular season form.
