Perhaps the most highly anticipated time of the NBA regular season is All-Star weekend. It's the time for celebrity exhibition games, no defense and plenty of high-scoring delight.

What All-Star weekend also contains is the Skills Challenge, 3-point Contest and, of course, the storied Slam Dunk Contest, three competitions pitting the league's craftiest, most accurate and most athletic players against one another.

Now that the rosters for all three events have been announced, here's a look at the lineups and TV schedule, including how to live-stream All-Star weekend online.

Slam Dunk Contest participants, rules

The NBA chooses to save the best for last, which is why the Slam Dunk Contest brings up the rear in the All-Star event order.

The 2019 Slam Dunk Contest features four players competing in two rounds to see who can give fans the best high-flying jams. All players will participate in the first round. They will throw down two dunks apiece, then the two highest scorers move on to the final round. The finalists will perform two more dunks each to see who is the winner.

Every dunk will be scored on a scale of 6-10 by five judges, allowing for a minimum score of 30 and maximum score of 50.

3-point Contest participants, rules

The 3-point Contest features 10 of the league's best sharpshooters this year instead of the eight that usually compete. The way the contest works: players have one minute to shoot 25 3-pointers, with the balls separated into five racks of five. Four racks contains four regular balls that count for one point, and a money ball that counts for two. The fifth rack consists of all money balls, and the player can choose where he wants that rack to be.

The contest is composed of two rounds, with the three highest-scoring players from the first round advancing on to the finals. Whoever scores the highest in the final round is the champion.
