The Cup Series features a melody all its own, replete with roaring engines, screeching tires, and lilting concourses.
The same could be said about Nashville, the host of this weekend's Cup Series race. Music City is a metropolis teeming with rhythm. Its thoroughfares are no exception — the 1.33-mile course has proven a favorite for casual and hardcore fans alike since its Cup Series debut back in 2021.
The Cracker Barrel 400 has seen a host of luminaries hoist gold, from Kyle Larson to Joey Logano. By and large, those winners have impressed in qualifying: Chase Elliott posted a top-four qualifying time en route to his 2022 win, while Ross Chastain notched the checkered flag from pole position in 2023.

With that, here's what you need to know about the Cracker Barrel 400 starting lineup after Saturday's qualifying session.
Who won the Cracker Barrel 400 pole for 2025?
Chase Briscoe took home the crown at Saturday's qualifying session, outpacing fellow Joe Gibbs Racing star Denny Hamlin to land his second-straight pole.
Briscoe has enjoyed a first season with JGR, capturing three poles thus far with the Cup Series stalwarts. His latest effort saw him top the field with a sizzling 164.395 mph lap speed, the fastest-ever showing on the course. That was just enough to best Hamlin.
“I guess I just pushed my head farther forward as I was coming to the line,” Briscoe joked, per NASCAR.com.
“Track position is going to be really, really big here tomorrow and that’s the name of the game most every place we go, certainly at this place. So hopefully we can maintain track position and keep it up front all day long.”
