All bags must be MLB compliant and no larger than 12x12x6 inches, even if they are clear.
Rate Field does offer a bag valet service for non-permitted items at a separate facility located on the northwest corner of 35th and Shields, near parking lots C and E.

There are several parking lots in the area surrounding the stadium, like the A, B, C, D, E, F, G and L lots. Fans can purchase parking ahead of time with ParkWhiz.

It is recommended to use public transportation to navigate to Rate Field. The CTA Red Line provides direct service to the venue via Sox-35th Station, while the Green Line has a stop nearby at 35th-Bronzeville-IIT. Fans can transfer to Red Line trains from all other rail lines and from most east-west bus routes.

Rate Field uses mobile tickets for all events. Guests must display their passes on mobile phones in order to enter. Screenshots and physical tickets will not be scanned or accepted.

Guests may enter at any of the general admission gates around the facility (1-5).

Re-entry is not permitted at Rate Field under any circumstances. Tickets are good for one-time entry to games and events, unless in the case of an emergency.
