Jayson Werth found guilty of reckless driving, sentenced to 10 days in jail image

Jayson Werth, it seems, will have to serve a bit of time in jail after he was ticketed for driving 105 mph.

Werth was pulled over on July 6, by a Virginia state trooper for going 105 mph in a 50-mph zone.

Werth conceded that he may have been going 90 mph, but disputed that he ever broke 100. He immediately appealed his conviction to Fairfax County Circuit Court.
