Anyone bad-mouthing the Rangers vs. Diamondbacks World Series matchup quickly ate their words after an electrifying Game 1.

Texas went into the ninth inning trailing by two runs when Diamondbacks closer Paul Sewald took the mound. Corey Seager came to the plate with one out and one runner on, and the star shortstop delivered in the biggest moment of the game with a two-run home run to force extra innings.
Fast forward to the bottom of the 11th and ALCS MVP Adolis Garcia stepped to the plate with a tied score and one out, possessing the ability to end the game in one swing. Garcia's scorching bat stayed hot as the slugger smashed a walk-off home run to opposite field off of Miguel Castro to give the Rangers the victory.

The two teams don't have much time to sit with Game 1, though. Jordan Montgomery and Merrill Kelly will take the hill for Game 2 on Saturday as the Diamondbacks look to steal one in Texas before heading to Arizona for Games 3, 4 and a possible 5.
