Kansas City starter Danny Duffy threw just one pitch in Yankees Stadium on Saturday afternoon before he had to leave with an apparent arm injury.

In 22 starts for the Royals this year, the left-handed starter has a 2.44 ERA. Obviously, if he is forced to miss time, that would be a huge blow for the Royals, who entered the game leading the Tigers, who lost earlier in the afternoon, by two-and-a-half games in the AL Central.
