Yoenis Cespedes had a number of legendary moments in a New York Mets uniform.

But there's not much more legendary than selling a house for $30 million.

That's what Cespedes is up to now.

His mansion is on the market for that price.

A few details:

  • Located in Port St. Lucie, Florida
  • 6 beds
  • 4 baths, 2 half baths
  • Approximate square footage: 15,785

Cespedes was known as La Potencia. His house legitimately is called La Potencia II. It has a gate with the name on it and everything.

Not many people have the money it would take to make this purchase.

Mets owner Steve Cohen does, though.

Someone's going to get a really, really nice home.
