The Astros announced today that Hunter Brown will be replaced by Minnesota Twins Starter, Joe Ryan in the 2025 All-Star game, making Brown the top candidate to start the final game before the All-Star break.

Brown, having a career year, a first-time All-Star, is posting a 2.21 ERA, with 129 strikeouts, and allowing 32 walks. Brown has been the anchor of the Astros' rotation and will be a top candidate for the 2025 CY-Young Award.
