Kadyn Proctor is an absolute giant of a human being, standing 6-foot-7 and weighing 360 pounds. The former Southeast Polk High School standout and Iowa native is also now the No. 1 rated offensive lineman - at least in the land of video games.
Proctor received an overall 94 rating in the yet-to-be-released EA Sports College Football 26 video game. The game, which returned last year following a lengthy hiatus, hits shelves on July 10.
Along with his billing as the best offensive lineman, Proctor is tied for fifth among all offensive players behind only Jeremiah Smith of Ohio State, teammate Ryan Williams and Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson. Spencer Fano of Utah also has a 94 overall rating.
Born in Des Moines, Proctor became the No. 1 recruit in the state of Iowa his senior season. He was ranked No. 7 overall by 247Sports and 10th by ESPN as a senior, earning five stars.
Following his standout prep career that included multiple state championships with the Rams, Proctor committed to play football at the University of Iowa. However, he flipped his commitment to Alabama on the early signing day after meeting with then-head coach Nick Saban.
Proctor, though, had another change of heart, returning to Iowa on January 20, 2024. Before he could officially suit up for the Hawkeyes, though, he returned to the Crimson Tide on April 16, 2024.
Along with being a freshman All-American in 2023, Proctor earned second team all-SEC honors this past year. He was the Anthony Munoz Award winner in 2022.
