Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks: Starting pitcher rankings, strategy for May 3

Our daily fantasy baseball picks continue with starting pitcher rankings and advice for Tuesday's MLB slate.

A full evening slate starting with Tigers-Indians at 6:10 p.m. ET means plenty of pitcher options for Tuesday night. Jake Arrieta is the cream of the crop, but don't sleep on Matt Harvey, who gets yet another cushy matchup and could be under-owned given his relatively disappointing start to the season.

Splurge: Matt Harvey, Mets vs. Braves. Harvey could actually be in the "save" section at just $9,500 on FanDuel. That's too good to pass up against Atlanta regardless of his slow start. Harvey is worth the $10,300 price tag on DK as well. 

Sell: Scott Kazmir, Dodgers at Rays. Though Kazmir ($8,000 on FD; $8,800 on DK) looked better in his last start, I'm still not confident enough to pay for his services yet. The Rays have the righthanded sticks to present a matchup problem, and his counterpart, Matt Moore, has been on point this season.

Save: Matt Moore, Rays vs. Dodgers. Moore ($7,600 on FD; $8,600 on DK) continues to mow, though you might not realize it based on his still-low prices. He's not a great value on DK, though, so I'd look at Steven Wright ($7,100) or Marco Estrada ($6,500) there instead if you're trying to save cash.
