Orange you glad Formula 1 is back this weekend?

Summer break is over and F1 returns with the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix from Circuit Zandvoort in the Netherlands. As is custom, expect a sea of orange for the reigning, defending (and potentially 2023) world champion.

Max Verstappen and Red Bull have lapped the field in 2023, and heading into this weekend's race, things are again looking up for the 25-year-old two-time champ. Verstappen has won his home race the last two seasons (since the Dutch GP's restart) and has a third consecutive world championship in his sights with the season back on.

Verstappen has 125 more points than second-place driver Sergio Perez (189 points) and more than double the drivers' points as third-place driver Fernando Alonso (149 points). "Super Max" might cruise to another championship victory, and some home cooking may accelerate that future.
