Week 4 Fantasy Rankings: Kickers image

Are you tired of kickers yet? After a tough couple of weeks that saw teams make some transactions and add new guys to their squad, Week 4 seems to be the time when the fantasy kicker rankings are finally getting some clarity. (Of course, bye weeks have to come along and screw everything up.) There will always be volatility at the position, but for now, it seems that we know what offenses are going to be good and which kickers are duds.

There are always going to be kickers that randomly put up good games. And occasionally, a stud will miss a long field goal and scoring swing can occur. That's normal kicker chaos, but with the byes upon us, you may have to go to the free agent wire for a fill-in. That's where sheer stupidity can set in from fantasy owners. There's rarely a reason to carry two kickers (especially this week when Carolina's Graham Gano and Washington's Dustin Hopkins are on bye), and there are ever fewer reasons to use a waiver claim on a kicker. Even if your starter is out, wait for free agency!

Week 4 Rankings:
Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST

If you have another option outside of the top 12 of our rankings, don't be afraid to play them -- provided that you believe they're on a semi-decent offense. And it never hurts to have a guy in a dome (Matt Prater, Matt Bryant, Adam Vinatieri, Brett Maher) or someone kicking at altitude, like our No. 1 kicker this week, Harrison Butker.

Note: We'll be updating our rankings throughout the week if weather, injuries, or cuts look like they will be major factors.
