Nantucket’s social scene is reportedly giving Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, the cold shoulder.
Hudson, who recently competed in the Miss Maine pageant, is reportedly being “iced out” by locals who remain loyal to Belichick’s ex, Linda Holliday, according to an article by Page Six shared on Tuesday, May 20.
According to a source close to the Nantucket society, “His ex, Linda, is working the philanthropic and social circles and she [Hudson] wants to get more involved.” They continued, noting, “She’s trying to claim her stake in the social circle. That is Linda’s thing.”
Sources claim that Hudson, who placed third in Miss Maine, isn’t exactly winning over the island's sophisticated crowd. One source described how, if she walked into a local restaurant, 90% of the room would likely roll their eyes. “It’s cliquey here,” they added, explaining that people in Nantucket’s social circles are selective about who they let in.
“People are turned off by her. She’s kind of young — who knows what happened when Linda was still [dating Belichick]. Did Jordan come into the picture?”a third source stated to the outlet.
Hudson, who met Belichick on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021, has since become a central figure in his life, even stepping into the role of his de facto manager. While the couple has faced their fair share of public scrutiny, including their large age gap and an awkward interview with CBS in April where Hudson interrupted Belichick, she seemingly remains committed to the 73-year-old coach.
