Brittney Griner may have been upset with the refs during halftime, but a moment with her baby after the game (a win, by the way) made up for it.
Griner was notably upset by the time halftime rolled around during Saturday's Atlanta Dream-Dallas Wings game, and during her halftime interview with CBS Sports' Autumn Johnson, she went over for a "friendly chat" with the refs as they were walking past her. While the entire exchange wasn't audible, what was audible was Griner passionately telling the refs to be "f------better."
As expected, the interview resulted in some pretty viral (and funny) moments, but what was most important was Griner sharing a sweet moment with her baby after the Dream's 83-75 victory.
Brittney Griner had an animated discussion with the ref during the interview. 👀
